It’s Your Life Magazine
About four months after I went on medical leave
I was let go by the company. So, now I am sicker
than I have ever been, every symptom heightened,
broke, and frustrated. Then one night I was
watching the news and a talk show came on right
afterwards, I don’t usually watch them, but for
whatever reason left it on. There was a comedian
on talking about how he was diagnosed with
mercury poisoning from eating sushi for 20 years. I
listened as he described his symptoms and told my
wife that is me he is describing me.
Joyce: Well that is not a problem just go to the
dentist and have them removed?
The next day I started researching what he had
said and found a site in Europe where a study was
done that linked alcohol to a decrease in mercury
symptoms.
Dean: You have to go to a dentist that knows how
to remove them safely otherwise more mercury
goes into the body. My friend at the health store
gave me the name of a dentist who could safely
remove them, but I was broke and still not 100%.
I was able to get a sit down job and save some
money to have them removed. Within about
10 days all my silver fillings were removed and
replaced. I continued to detox and within 2 weeks
after having the fillings removed I noticed all my
symptoms started to decrease. I continued to
detox and every week improved after about 6 – 8
months I was able to return to work.
Joyce: Did you return to the doctor with this new
information?
Joyce: As of today how long has it been and how is
your health?
Dean: Yes, and basically I was laughed at. I shared
the information with family and friends and
was told there were no credible sources for this
information. However, in my mind there was one
ME!
Dean: It has been 5 years and many of my
symptoms have left and the ones that remain are
very low in intensity. However, studies show that
mercury left in the body for over 2 years can cause
permanent damage. Currently I am able to finally
retain information, the anxiety is gone, the arthritis
is gone, and the brain fog is a thing of the past. I
still have allergies, but they are better than they
have been in years. I exercise several times a week
and take the fewest meds for high blood pressure
which I have been on for 20 years. My goal is to get
off of them completely I monitor myself at home
and some days I don’t even need them. Detoxing
has been the best medicine I received and it is the
only thing that helped. I feel very blessed that I
only seem to be left with a few things that I will not
recover from, but on the upside I feel better at 56
than I did when I was 36 and have more energy.
Joyce: So, what did you do?
Dean: I continued to do research and take my
health into my own hands. I called a friend who
owns a health store and asked for advice on how
to detox from mercury. She recommended a foot
bath ionizer and chlorella, after a couple of weeks
I started feeling better. I stopped eating tuna,
seafood, and other foods known to have mercury.
After a careful examination of my teeth I was able
to find out I had 10 silver fillings (mercury) and
all of them showed signs of deterioration. While
the detoxing was helping I knew I had to get these
fillings out of my mouth.

5 Secrets
to Getting High
on Your Own Supply
Krista Nelson
That stuff you stash, and sell, and use that comes from the best part of you.
Your supply of self worth, self confidence, value, love, and joy. Yes, that stuff.
The stuff that you package and barter and recycle.
Your supply of passion and determination that shows itself in the things you make.
Yes, that stuff is self generating, self renewing, self sustaining.
And it gets you high.
Inhale the fumes of your burning desire to make something.
Drink up the magic of creating that which did not exist.
the there when there was no there
the that where there was no that
Sniff it, lick it, shoot up your own supply and get high from the learning while doing,
and the bursts of addictive energy produced through the producing.
Dip into your stash of determination, curiosity, and intention. Sniff it, lick it, chug-alug the pulsating rhythm of your source. Lean into the zone. Get the dope. Overdose.
Overdose on the talent within you. Get high on your own supply. How do you think the
great ones do it?

Know what you want to make.
Frustration, delay, and disappointment have a better chance of taking hold, when
the end result is not clear. You’re better off following a pattern, a recipe, and the
manual if they are available. Waiting for inspiration and direction has its place, but
nothing gets made until you know what you want. Adjustments and even divergence is part of the journey.
