Champagne, White, Rose + Red

R Gabriel Pagin Fils

Champagne Brut Premier Cru "Grand Reserve"

58 SGD

This Champagne has a beautiful golden colour with light and fine bubbles. On the nose, the aromas are creamy and elegant.

Orange blossom, citrus, moss, and grilled hazelnut notes. Fleshy and subtle at the same time, this Champagne is harmonious, rich, complex, and very fresh.

The philosophy of R Gabriel Pagin Fils is based on respect of nature and tradition.

A Champagne grower located in Avenay Val d'Or, in the jewel of the appellation of Champagne, this family offers a remarkable range. They follow a practice of plowing the vines, traditional pressing, non-chemical weed treatments, long aging in the cellars, and no addition of yeast.

WELL+GOOD

A beautiful organic wine made from chalky-flinty soils along the Cher.

Aromas redolent of white peach and passionfruit, with a finish of a refreshing juiciness, a tang, and hints of cherry pits and pistachios. This white pairs nicely with platters of shellfish and seafood.

Chateau de la Bonneliere is a family estate of 18 hectares on the "Rive Gauche" of Chinon that dates back to 1848.

Touraine is the district at the very heart of France's Loire Valley wine region, both geographically and in terms of production.

Marc Plouzeau took over the estate in 1988 and in 1999, he began the conversion to "agriculture biologique" and the vineyards are now all certified by ECOCERT.

This estate is characterized by low yields (high quality), predominately hand-harvested at ideal physiological ripeness, and vinification directred towards emphasizing fruit and not extracting tannins.
