In order to increase the public awareness the
findings can be used as useful sources. The main
problem which causes women to be away from
labor seems to be gender inequalities and
discrimination. According to researches, if
women had been in work force, the incomes
would be more than 20%. To sum up, to put
women at the center of development will
globally help to resolve the absence of women
in labor. Lastly, I need to warn you that this
economic interest model embraces mostly
western ideas and values. So, if you have fair
social order in your society and people are
happy, this model will be ill suited.
