AICC staff spent a hot New Orleans day cooling down with some gelato and catching up with the owners of Piccola Gelat- eria, Ria and Ross Turnbull. Ross Turnbull has been a chef his entire life. He grew up watching and learning from his mother and eventu- ally decided to go to culinary school. Ross interned in Europe and Japan which helped broaden his palate.
