Captain Bobby of the Hopper V shows off and amazing Lake Tahoe mackinaw that was landed on September 23 . As of press time , mackinaw fishing was going strong at Tahoe . The average fish are running 3 to 5 pounds , but you never know when a big trophy size fish is going to show up . Some browns and rainbows have shown in the catches too .
