Coconut Cookies
A tasty treat for the entire family which are so easy to make!

METHOD
1. Simply mix peanut butter, honey and vanilla
extract together
INGREDIENTS
1 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or
crunchy, whichever you prefer)
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of coconut
2. Add coconut
3. Gets your hands in the mix and combine well
4. Roll into balls then quish with a fork, or shape
them any way you like (no thinner than about
1.5cm thick - too thin and they’ll burn)
5. Bake at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes
6. Once golden brown, remove from oven.
7. Allow to cool....then ENJOY!
