The purpose of this little difference will be
explained later, but the
major liquid application
is that this system also
works as a universal
particle decelerator circuit.
The technical similarities can be summarized as follows: in the
long wire antenna, the
purpose is to be as
long as possible for it
to be able to detect
as weak a signal as
possible (reference to
Hertz’s detector, where
the sensitivity can
reach levels of 0.001
microvolt’s). To complicate the picture, the
purpose of the coaxial
cable is also to prevent via shielding, as
much as possible, the
loss of signal from out-

side interference. This
is exactly the same in
humans where all problems were resolved
simply, but extremely
effectively. When the
wire is too long it generates heat that can
burn the wire off. This
issue in the human
body is prevented with
the temperature control and double attenuation.
