MR : I have two favorite people that I look up to . They are my amazing parents , Julia Santos Naputi and Joaquin Nangauta Naputi . My mother is insightful , positive , loving , encouraging , understanding , and strong . My father is intelligent , inspirational , wise , supportive , strongwilled , and motivating .

MR : Always keep up the faith . You must also work hard , yet wise . It is equally important to do your best to make a difference in the life of others . Our island will be a better place if we all worked together to inspire and up-
MR : Differentiated instruction is necessary because no single technique works for all teachers , for all students , or under all circumstances . Therefore , teachers must be aware to provide a variety of strategies to meet the language and cultural needs of students .
The use of differentiated instruction is culturally responsive and can be used to bridge the gap and increase comprehension and student motivation to learn . This enables teachers to face challenges by taking diverse student factors into account when planning and delivering instruction . In addition , tapping on prior knowledge and experience of students make an impact and further empowers them to
