Laughing together “Everyday and with lots of joyful singing, which be- gins as soon as we wake up.” riences, whether negative or positive. In our fallen human capac- ities, we need God as something to breakthrough to form us, per- fect us, mold us, and transform us until we experience a kind of resurrection life away from all the negative things that so often only cursed us and plague us with our fallen human nature and human state. In order to have the experience of resurrection, we have learned to take the cross, to be crucified, buried, terminat- ed, and dead. And take Christ as the only person in the resurrec- tion life, bringing the resurrection life where it is needed the most, in our human relationships. it is no longer we who lives, but Christ who can now have the power to forgive, to love, to relate (even in disagreements), fully compassionate, loving, kind, gentle, courteous, respectful, to be humbled, and all kinds of positive things expressed in human virtues. IV: How often do you laugh together? Couple: Everyday and with lots of joyful singing, which begins as soon as we wake up. IV: I love that! It would seem a great blessing to be joyful every day. IV: Share examples of time dedicated to one another. Couple: Mutually serving one another every passing day begin- ning at wake up time, in-between mealtimes from breakfast, lunch, to dinner, and all the way to bedtime. Serving each other with the best service in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining table, living room, in the vehicle, in various other places, and especially when one of us is not feeling well. IV: Do you think it’s important to hold hands? If yes, why? If not, why? Couple: It is important. It shows how eagerly or not we are freshly connected to each other and how we value each other. If we are not holding hands, things might be getting a little bit dull and old. Affection is a barometer of how much we are consider- ate to one another. IV: Please share your view of a church marriage and civil mar- riage. Do you believe this makes a difference? Couple: Whether civil or Church, it does not matter because God created marriage for His divine purpose, that a man and a wom- an is a portrait of Christ and the Church. Altogether, marriage is an exhibition, display, and a testimony of the New Jerusalem. IV: Favorite local/Chamorro dish? (each partner) Couple: Corinne-Everything; George-Everything except fruit bat and pig's blood.
