Kathy Godolphin has been
working for over 12 years as a
qualified and insured counsellor,
and describes counselling in
an effective way of working
through a range of situations or
challenges that may be troubling
an individual’s emotional state or
mental well-being.
She combines many years of
studying with a great deal of
face-to-face experience over the
years, including having worked as
a counsellor at an Island primary
school and senior school, as well
as with male offenders in domestic
violence. She has also facilitated
addiction programmes, worked
with street workers and in prison
settings, with offenders, and
written material for and facilitated
anger management groups,
self-esteem workshops, anxiety
management groups and exam
stress groups for Cowes Enterprise
College.
