Apart from this being such an imposing
structure, it sets the scene throughout
the day for stage shows, themed events,
including zip wiring effects from the
castle and, as the sun goes down and
dusk descends, the most impressive
laser shows. Daily parades and firework
displays with no expense spared, make
the whole experience totally memorable.
It is common for families to spend over
12 hours each day at the parks and for
sure, having done just that, it almost
seems insufficient. But the good things
is that the memories last a long time!
I can still see the expressions on the
faces of the children as they enter the
Park, some screaming with excitement
and others just standing motionless in
awe of what was before them.
Whatever view you may have of theme
parks, Walt Disney for sure simply
represents a taste of magic for millions of
children worldwide, and in many cases, is
the fulfilment of a dream!
