Olivo for Sunday Roast
If you are looking for a quality Sunday roast
then look no further than Olivo

It’s that time of year again, when we all start digging
out the scarves and woollies and wrapping up warm
for the winter.
Sunday lunch is one comforting weekend routine
that most of us like to indulge in during the colder
months of the year, and finding a really good Sunday
roast can be quite an art on the Island.
There are some people who like to find the cheapest,
pile-it-high Sunday roast, whilst there are those of us
who prefer quality over quantity. If you fall into this
category then you will love the latest offering from the
Olivo restaurants located in Newport and Ryde.
Olivo, probably best-known for serving great pizza
and pasta and delicious main dishes, have recently
put together an amazing Sunday roast. They’re using
the best quality local meat, the freshest vegetables,
served with crispy roast potatoes and Yorkshire
pudding, and topped off with an amazing gravy.
Diners are given a choice of either one course at

£10.95, two courses for £13.95 or three courses for
£16.95, with a kids’ Sunday roast for £4.95.
The beef portion was more than generous, the
vegetables really crisp, the roast potatoes were light,
fluffy and crispy, but best of all was the delicious
gravy: we could have drunk a cup of this on its own!
The portion size was more than enough to satisify
anyone with a big appetite.
Olivo will continue to serve their roast dinners
throughout the year, and they’re available all day
on Sundays - from mid-day until supplies run out.
