A wedding

“...it was my perfect day, and the ‘I
Love You’ hay bales were a lovely
surprise”
When Kirsty and Steven Whittington tied the
knot on August 27th, one of the bridegroom’s
best friends, Harold George went all out to help
Steve give his bride a real surprise.
Between them, Harold, Alan and Steve’s best
man Olie carefully stacked a load of hay bales
by the Shrine on Harold’s farm in Havenstreet to
say ‘I Love You’. A delighted Kirsty said: “It was
a lovely surprise, and really made it the perfect
wedding day for me, my family and close friends.
Steve was a star - he planned the whole
wedding together with Harold and Harold’s son
Alan, as I had to be at home to look after our
four children.” After the big day, the newlyweds
thanked everyone who helped and attended, for
making their day so special.
