of the NHS Nightingales Choir, followed
by a two-course dinner to the sounds
of Claydon Connor, and then danced
the night away with live music from two
Island bands, Switch and The Mix.
Proceeds from the evening will be
split between The Wight Brainy Bunch
- which was set up by serving Ryde
firefighter Mark and his wife Kathryn
following his brain tumour diagnosis
in 2015 – Smile4Wessex, who provide
acute and specialist care, the Brain
Tumour Charity and the Fire-fighters
Charity.
The event was generously sponsored
by Reynolds & Read, Merry & Co
and Novum Law, enabling as much
money as possible to reach the chosen
charities.
