Rosette Royal Hotel Conservatory is undoubtedly becoming one of the most talked about lunch
destinations on the Island!
The Royal Set Lunch Menu, with two courses at £15.00
and three courses at £19.50 per person, is an excellent
way to experience that slice of luxury and enjoy what
The Royal has to offer. Sample dishes on the Set Lunch
Menu include; Isle of Wight heritage tomato salad with
cream cheese mousse... Homemade venison pie, sausage
of New Forest venison, crushed roast carrots, turnip,
curly kale, juniper jus... Apple and ginger crumble with
vanilla custard.
The 'A Little More Choice' menu is perfect for that
traditional 'Local beer battered fish & triple cooked
chips' or the 'Royal burger with Gallybagger cheese'.
Or... if you're just passing, stop in for that freshly
prepared crab, smoked salmon or beef sandwich!
Lead by the talented Head Chef Steven Harris,
the kitchen brigade all have an enormous passion
for the award-winning dishes they are producing.
Martin Biernacki (Sous Chef ) who has a great love for

cooking and working as part of a team has provided
his Michelin-starred experience to The Royal since
March. Jon-Paul Charlo (Sous Chef ) who came from the
prestigious Chewton Glen has been building the Royal's
reputation for over 11 years! Nick Dobson moved from
the Hotel's Restaurant Manager position to a Commis
Chef to learn about cooking... 7 years later Nick is now
a talented Sous Chef cooking The Royal's prestigious
dishes. Jeremy Imbert (Head Pastry Chef ) who helped
The Lords of the Manor gain their Michelin star in 2009
is now Steven's right-hand man for producing the Royal's
marvellous desserts.
The Conservatory is open for the Set Lunch and
a Little more Choice Monday-Saturday 12.00pm 1.45pm (Sunday lunch menu also available). To make a
