Cats Protection’s Isle of Wight
Adoption Centre based in Ryde has
been caring and homing cats for over
50 years and this year has been as busy
as ever.
Cats Protection’s vision is a world
where every cat is treated with
kindness and an understanding of its
needs. The IOW Adoption Centre
prides itself on giving cats who go into
its care the best fresh start possible.
Every cat is given health checks
vaccinations, neutering, flea and worm
treatments, and are socialised and

loved by a passionate team of staff
and volunteers. Cats Protections aims
are homing, neutering and education
and the centre welcomes visitors daily
11-3pm, seven days a week to find
homes and offer help and advice.
Homing a cat from Cats Protection is
an easy procedure:
• Go along and meet the cats and
team and find your new feline friend.
• Have a home visit where CP can
chat, answer questions and give advice.
• Collect your cat – the reception has
toys, litter trays, bowls and blankets to
buy, settle your new cat in.
• You’re not alone – CP offer advice
and support for the rest of the cat’s
life.
