Leverets
say High!
The Leverets, the IW Foot Beagles Supporters Club,
recently visited the farm of Mr. and Mrs. Michael
Poland, near Wroxall.
Barry Isaacson gave a tour of the prize winning
highland cattle which are part of the leading show fold
in the country this year. The tour took them up to
the fields and they were able to view some of the 200
head of cattle on the farm.
Back in the yard stockman Shane Breaker and
Charlie showed how they washed the cattle and
blow-dried them, all part of the show preparation
routine.
More than 50 friends and members of the
Leverets attended, with members providing welcome
refreshments.
