Lugleys begin new era
Lugleys is already a well established
name in fine dining on the Island and
its reputation for excellence is now
being built upon by new management.
Customers can experience the new
Lugleys at two restaurants, located
in the heart of Newport and on the
Parade in Cowes.
The restaurant’s new menu has
been created by executive chef Musa
Jobi, who brings a raft of top level
skills gained at the luxury Dorchester
Mayfair Hotel in London. Lugleys
prides itself on making the most of the
freshest locally sourced produce from
handpicked specialist suppliers.
Musa has expertly crafted a menu
that reflects seasonal availability while
also keeping the environment in mind.
Under his guidance a team of new
chefs are creating the very best cuisine
from the larder of the Island and
mainland.
Both restaurants now boast both a
set menu and a new winter menu,
which is perfect for a special festive
occasion, family gathering or intimate
celebration. For those planning a
seasonal party, Lugleys Christmas
menus are now available. Customers
who are pressed for time over lunch
but still looking to indulge the senses
can now benefit from a new express
lunch menu.
