“We started with a consultation, which was really
useful because Vivien was able to explain the
procedure and also have a good look at my face to
see what was needed. I decided to go for Botox®
for my frown lines, and filler for my nose to mouth
lines.
Once I’d filled in the consent form, Vivien applied
a numbing cream, and after 20 minutes began
the procedure. She explained what she was doing
throughout, but the cream was really effective, I
didn’t feel a thing.
