Parmesan cheese. For those who love pastas and risotto
dishes, a bit of grated Parmesan sprinkled over the dish
gives you true Italian flare.
WHAT IS YOUR FOOD HEAVEN?
King prawns, cooked with butter , fresh garlic, chilli and
white wine.
WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF FOOD HELL?
Gutting fish.
Ingredients
250g Fillet of salmon Mixed herbs
WHAT’S GOING TO BE BIG IN THE FUTURE? 3 King prawns 5tbsp Tomato sauce
Local fresh produce. Using a local farmer is the only way of
creating an exciting dish, using fresh ingredients. 2tbsp White wine 80ml Double cream
¼tbsp Garlic ¼tbsp Chilli
¼ Onion Cherry tomato
½bulb Fennel - diced 3 Asparagus
Method
1. Dice the onion, garlic, chilli
and fennel. Get a large pan
very hot, and add the diced
ingredients.
2. Add the salmon and king
prawns and cook for two
minutes.
3. Add the white wine,
double cream, tomato
sauce and the cherry
tomato and bake
everything in the oven for
10 minutes at gas mark 6
/ 180°C
4. Put the result on a plate
with the asparagus on top.
5. Enjoy!
