Classical ballet took centre stage
when the highly acclaimed Vienna
Festival Ballet Company returned
to town to perform at Medina
Theatre.
The company aims to provide the great
classical ballets to theatres nationwide, for
audiences of all ages. Recently the talented
company performed one of the world’s best
loved classical ballets, Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake
and Cinderella, one of the best-known rags-to-
riches fairy tales of all time.
The productions include all the essential
ingredients to appeal to a wide audience base
from youngsters wishing to see the art of
ballet live on stage to those wishing to enjoy
an evening offering a good story combined
with music and dance.
