Gluten free
chocolate brownies
Recipe by Chale Green Stores
Ingredients Method
425g Unsalted Butter 1. Line a 28cm x 34cm baking tray
with greaseproof paper.
200g Organic Dark Chocolate
800g Caster Sugar
125g Fair-Trade Cocoa Powder
200g Gram Flour
6 Beaten free-range eggs
1 Shot of Espresso Coffee
2. Melt the butter in a large glass
bowl over a pan of boiling water,
then add the sugar, chocolate
& cocoa powder stir until nicely
combined.
3. Remove from the heat and mix in
the eggs, gram flour & espresso
shot.
4. Pour the contents into the baking
tray and cook in the middle of a
pre-heated oven at 170 degrees
for 50 minutes.
5. Once cooked remove from oven
and allow to cool down for 30
minutes before removing from
the baking tray.
6. Peel away greaseproof paper, and
cut into slices.
