the opening of the King’s
Manor Farm Shop and Café in
Freshwater. “We invited friends,
farmers and other suppliers, to
give them information about
the shop, to tell them about our
beef, and to launch our Gourmet
Burgers,” said Susie Sheldon.
She and husband Jamie had

hosted the Hunt Ball just the
night before, and Jamie had
been instrumental in celebrating
Yarmouth Sailing Club’s 40th
anniversary – leading the
singing in a successful musical
evening – so it has been a busy
time for the Sheldons. “I think
everyone had a good time,” said
