Mark Fan owner of China China,
Cowes has been in business one
year this year and to celebrate
the event Mark has decided to
host a party with a difference.
The celebration party will
take place on
Sunday 8th
July 2007 at 7pm. The main
attraction planned for the party
will be three Chinese Dragons
which Mark plans to bring over
especially from the mainland.
On the evening China China will
be serving a special three course
meal consisting of a mixed platter,
crispy duck with pancakes and
finally the main dish which will
consist of three main dishes.

Seaview goes for Michelin
The Isle of Wight’s most decorated
hotel and restaurant, The Seaview,
has appointed a new restaurant
manager from London as it sets
its
sights
on
achieving
a
Michelin
star
and three AA
rosettes. Ludovic
Pech joined the
Award winning
Seaview in May,
just as the hotel
is set to unveil its
new look, with
bedrooms restyled
by top interior
designers, Keech
Green.
General Manager Andrew Morgan
says that the appointment of
Ludovic is a fantastic addition to
the hotel and he is
the Eric Cantona of
the Restaurant world
with
adventurous
flair and social skills
that enable him
to wrap his arms
around each guest
and put them at
ease immediately.
