Seaview goes for Michelin The Isle of Wight’s most decorated hotel and restaurant, The Seaview, has appointed a new restaurant manager from London as it sets its sights on achieving a Michelin star and three AA rosettes. Ludovic Pech joined the Award winning Seaview in May, just as the hotel is set to unveil its new look, with bedrooms restyled by top interior designers, Keech Green.
