Ladies
As the main supplier of school
meals to the Island schools,
Pabulum was delighted to be
involved in the celebration
dinner at Cowes Yacht Haven.
The evening was a celebration
of our success, working with the
“Turning the Tables” organisation
creating the foundations for a
healthier food service. The 66
strong group of winners came
from a cross section of our catering
teams ranging from kitchen
assistants to catering managers.
There is an ever growing need
for qualifications amongst
the catering team to raise the
nutritional standards in our
schools. More than 60 staff have
gained an award in both Nutrition
and Healthier Food and Special
Diets. This will further enhance
our ability to prepare freshly
cooked, local produce that exceeds
all the government guidelines.
Parents can be assured that their
children will receive a healthy
lunch, prepared by skilled staff.
