For a really enjoyable experience,

Liberty’s Monthly Tasting Event.
We tried the Chablis Tasting
Evening, which was not just very
informative, but also great fun.
We settled down in the wine
cellar with a small group to learn
from the experts the intricacies
of Chablis, and what makes a
good wine. The Liberty’s team
proved to be excellent hosts
and ensured we
enjoyed plenty of
wine sampling along
with superb platters
of delicious cheeses
and crudités.
But probably the
most important thing
we learned was that

it’s always best to drink whatever
you happen to like best - be it a
Petit Chablis or a Krug Reserve.
As the experts stressed, wine is
produced primarily to be enjoyed!
Liberty’s hold their Monthly
Tasting Events on the first
Friday of each month, you
just need to book in advance

is just £5.00 per person.
