FOOD Brownrigg's shop and cafe, the perfect place to stop off A visit to the popular Brownrigg’s Farm Shop also provides customers with the opportunity to sample the excellent food on offer at the shop’s cafe, which was opened in April last year. Whether it’s for a morning sausage or breakfast bap; a sandwich, homemade soup or baguette at lunchtime, or afternoon tea with a delicious piece of homemade cake, the cafe is the ideal stopping off point. And in the summer months there will be the opportunity to sit outside with your fine food, and watch the world go by, with the shop and the cafe offering a range of gluten free products. Located just off the Newport Road between Godshill and Rookley, Brownrigg’s Farm Shop has a fine variety of meats, all home reared, including beef, pork, lamb, chicken and duck, as well as homemade sausages, beef burgers and meat balls.
