Everyone will have a trained advisor who will: Check how addicted you are, and give you all the support you need to quit, give advice about Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and other stop smoking medications, people are up to four times more likely to be successful if they go to their local NHS Stop Smoking Service and use NRT, than if they try to go smoke-free alone using willpower alone.
