country life Island Life - February/March 2011 Michael Holliday remembered at Gilten Dinner Livestock exhibitors and friends gathered together for the annual dinner to celebrate another great year of the Gilten Market. Diners were treated to a four course beef dinner at Brickfields, before receiving a tribute to the market from the High Sheriff, Peter Kingston, and a witty response from the Gilten Market Chairman, Laurie Calloway.
