Another
success
for Charity
Golf Day
F

ollowing the success of Medina Foodservice’s
2nd Annual Charity Golf Day, the three supported
charities went along to The Stag Inn on Friday
27th November to receive their generous donations.
Beaulieu Respite, the Isle of Wight Youth Trust and
Isle Drive Safe were all in receipt of £1,084.70 each
with thanks to Medina, their sponsors, attendees who
included Rob da Bank and Mark King, and many local
businesses that both donated and attended.
Jamie Backshall of The Stag Inn was the overall winner
of the 2015 event and was presented with the Charity
Shield.
The next invitational event will be held in September
2016, with money being raised again for Beaulieu
Respite, the Isle of Wight Youth Trust and a third guest
charity.
