Thank you schools!

and Shanklin Church of England Primary
raised the most money. Head Girl Ellie
Baker, 10, and Head Boy Cameron

with a trophy at the Walk the Wight
Awards 2013. Congratulations and many
thanks to all the children who support
the Hospice.
Remember someone special
You are warmly invited to the Hospice’s
Lights of Love services being held
across the Island this Christmas.
These are very special services to
commemorate the lives of people
who have meant so much to us over
the years. Candles will be lit and
there will be prayers, hymns and
inspirational readings. The dates are
on the Hospice’s website, so please
come and remember your loved ones,
in a supportive and understanding
environment.
Welcome visitors
Children are visiting the Hospice
as part of a new Schools’ Project. A
spokeswoman said: “The children
and patients get on so well, it’s
lovely to watch.”
“Thank you for supporting the
Earl Mountbatten Hospice and
helping people with life-shortening
conditions. The patients and staff
wish you a happy and peaceful
2014.”
