Entries were high for the second Sue
Lightbown Memorial Dressage, held
by the IW Riding Club at Lake Farm,
Rookley.
Sarah Holmes riding Tanya Potter's
Electra won the prize, donated by
Wightlink for the highest percentage
for a dressage test by a member of the
IWRC.
The event was sponsored by Wayne

Lightbown, and the turn-o ut underlined
just how highly Sue was regarded within
the Island's ‘horsey’ community. Wayne
and his partner, Kim Rowley, travelled to
the Island to present rosettes to the first
few classes of the day.
Wayne expressed his pleasure at the
number of riders who attended his late
mother's memorial show.
