Pudding
Our Christmas puddings are
made in January and kept in
the fridge to mature for the
year.
They can be kept anything up
to three years!This recipe will
fill 2 x 800ml pudding basins,
but smaller individual ones can
also be made and require less
cooking time.
The Pudding
300g raisins

100g chopped almonds
200g suet
Zest and juice of 1 orange and
lemon
1 grated apple
1 grated carrot
150g breadcrumbs
150g flour
200g demerera sugar
3 eggs
