A Chinese
feast fit
for a king
Out of the blue, we got a call from
Mark Fan, owner of the China
China restaurant in Cowes, asking
if we would like to come over to
experience and taste his latest
offering, the midweek feast. How
could we refuse?
On arrival, we were told that the
feast provided standard portions
for four people – but looking at the
table our immediate thought was
that surely this amount of food
could not just be for four!
