on Horses” will be appearing at
Brickfields on the 27th March from
7pm onwards.
Phil Legge owner of Brickfields
is delighted that Tim has agreed to
return to the Isle of Wight.
Tim will be bringing along three
of his own horses and plans to do
demonstrations throughout the
evening finishing off with a 30
minute Q&A session.
We asked Tim if Only Fools was
fun to do?
“Only Fools On Horses turned out
to be a lot more hard work than I
ever imagined. I had been involved
in the Faking It ! TV show 5yrs ago
and knew that it was tough training
just to get one person to a reasonable
level in four weeks. Somehow, the
pain of that experience had been
forgotten when I signed up with
Endemol to train no less than 16

novice celebrities. More planning
meetings took place than I ever
thought possible. Understandably,
Health and Safety was the main
issue, and those meetings were
hard-going, as the Endemol team’s
experience of working with horses
was sparse, to say the least.” Tim
hasn’t even watched the broadcast
tapes - and doesn’t want to think
about doing it again - YET!
Despite all this we all know that
“Only Fools” turned out to be great
family entertainment.
