Cowes Week
Cowes Week was one of the best attended events in years with over 800 boats entering .
There was plenty to see and do shoreside too as both competitors and spectators enjoyed some simply stunning weather . Over 100,000 spectators enjoyed a fantastic line up of shore-side entertainment day and night . Visitors were able to watch the sailing action from the shore or opt to get out on the water aboard a spectator boat . The red arrows were back for a spectacular show of flying skill and on the penultimate day the famous fireworks exploded into colour .
