raham Reading, a celebrity
event photographer who lives
in Ryde, ventured to Ascot recently
to photograph four days of the Royal
race meetings. Graham has been
covering the races for many years,
and knows many of the milliners
who were dressing the ladies - Ilda di
Vico and Yvette Jelfs being just two
with hats featured here.
Speaking to Island Life, Graham
said ”Being a press photographer
at Royal Ascot is always an absolute
pleasure. With Royalty, celebrities,
fine fashion, and beautiful horses
among the subjects to photograph,
I am always inspired and I always
come away with a stunning set of
photographs. Those featured here
are just a small selection. I have
made many friends at the racecourse
over the years, who often ring me up
to make sure I get their photograph
at the races.”
