cooking up for the Garlic festival!
doing my cooking, but no, I have
never been to the Isle of Wight.
I am really looking forward to it,
even though it’s only for a flying
visit. I’ve heard so much about the
Island and the lovely local produce.
The garlic festival is known
internationally, so I’m quite excited
to be there.
Who is your favourite TV Chef ?
There are so many good chefs on
TV these days, but to me Anthony
Bourdain is a legend. However,
Jamie Oliver just makes everything
look so simple, which is good
because people can relate to simple
cooking. I also think that Donna
Hay’s food always looks stunning.
When did you start cooking, and
why?
I remember my mother always
made my brother and me help in
the kitchen when we were kids,
which was good. Then, when I
moved out, I had to cook for myself
- otherwise I would have gone
hungry!
