he Isle of Wight Hunt recently held a horse show
with showjumping and dressage at the County
Ground.
Katarina Vale won the Mountain & Moorland
Championship riding Whistling Duke and went on
to take the day's Supreme Championship which was
sponsored by the Three Bishop's Inn.
Pip Smith riding Willoway Ice Prince was Reserve
Supreme Champion having won the Hunter
Championship with Sharon Waghorn and Ramiro's
Quest winning Reserve. Lizzie Ward riding Herons Flight
were winners of the Ridden Hunter Class, while Mollie
Sheath riding Penchwintan Awen Mai was second in the
Leading Rein class and went on to win the Fancy Dress
class as 'The Mad Hatter's Tea Party’.
