Isle of Wight tops the tables
for holiday home income
New research from Blue Chip Holidays has
revealed that the Isle of Wight is one of the
best places in the South of England to own
a large holiday home, with many of its towns
faring prominently in the tables for best
average booking values.
The report, which analysed booking
trends across 28 destinations in South and
Central England, revealed that Sandown
and the South Coast took the top slot for
seven-bedroom properties while Bembridge
hit the No2 spot for five-bedroom holiday
homes. Overall the Isle of Wight came fifth

properties are taking up to £3,889 per week.
