Mary Case has embarked on a variety of
occupations, ranging from working in a
leading London lifestyle shop to milking
cows on her father’s farm.
Eventually she discovered the real
taste of success as one of the Island’s
leading producers of honey. Mary, who
lives at Limerstone with husband Geoff,
has more than 80 bee hives at various
locations across the Island. Already this
year her bees have yielded over a ton of
honey. But it hasn’t just been a land of
milk and honey for Mary.
She was born at Compton Farm, and
