Golden Anniversary
of the

Conservative Ladies Luncheon Club
A LUNCHEON PARTY was hosted by
Petronel and Anthony Turnbull in the
beautiful grounds of Beachfield House. The
weather was kind and everyone sat in the
garden enjoying views across Sandown Bay.
Cake and champagne followed a wonderful
buffet lunch to celebrate the 50 year
anniversary.
The ladies luncheon group is part of the Isle
of Wight Conservatives club, who meet on
the last Friday of every month to, take lunch,
listen to a speaker and raise funds for the
Conservative Party.
Over 60 people attended the annual meeting,
to which men are also invited, including the
Islands M.P., councillors and other Island
figures.
