Two fishes delicatessen
reels in local produce
If enthusiasm and ingenuity are
what it takes to drive a business
to success, Tim and Stephanie
Ratsey should do well. They took
over the Two Fishes Delicatessen
in Gurnard earlier this year.
Already they have staged an
open day, when everything
was available to taste. They
provided a much-needed source
of decent coffee, and come up
with an ingenious idea to provide
everything-you-need hampers for
the holiday rental market.
