Local Hero. He is passionate
about what the St Helen’s
restaurant stands for, but
he wants the same for
the rest of the Island:
“I think standards on the
Island are improving but
we’ve got a long way to go in
selling this beautiful place as
a premier foodie destination.
The AA wants to give out more
rosettes, which would be good
for the whole island. We’ve
got the talent, the produce
– it’s a question of getting it
together, getting it right.”
