Auction success

Over £3,000 was raised for the High Sheriff’s Trust from
a grand charity auction at Vestas, Newport. Sixty guests
attended the event, hosted jointly by the Hambrough
and Island company Vestas, whose MD Patrick Weir
was in attendance. The evening’s dinner, organised by
Hambrough Manager Frederic Sol, was followed by the
charity auction featuring prizes donated by local businesses.
Wine and champagne was kindly donated by
wine merchants Hatch Mansfield of Ascot.
