It’s a wonderland
at Mad Hatters Ball
On Saturday 10th March, 150 guests arrived
at Northwood House to journey ‘down the
rabbit hole’ to Wonderland and raise money
for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
They were greeted at the door by Alice, The Mad Hatter
and their friends. Luke Steen entertained them before they
sat down to a three course meal by All About Catering.
Heads & Tails, a raffle and an auction, presided over
by Rebecca Ball, provided lots of entertainment and the
organisers are grateful to all those who donated prizes.
After dinner, Stone’s Throw warmed up the dance floor,
followed by a DJ set from Rob da Bank which kept guests
on their toes until the small hours.
Gary Field Photography’s photo booth provided much
mirth as guests used the props and digital backgrounds
to record their evening. A wonderful night was had by
everyone and £8,470 was raised for a fantastic charity.
The organising committee consisted of Steph Burgess,
Andy Flux, Kate Wilson, Tracy & Chris Rickman.
