Catering show was
cooking on gas!
A switch of venue to Robin Hill Country
Park made this year’s Medina Foodservice
Catering Exhibition in March the biggest
show yet.
Over 85 exhibitors were there to showcase their products,
and with over 300 customers visiting, the day was a
resounding success.
Even the soggy weather conditions for most of the day
couldn’t dampen the spirits of visitors, and customers
took full advantage of some of the great special offers
available on the day.
The staff of Robin Hill did a great job, while the
exhibitors were as enthusiastic as ever when it came to
passing on recipe ideas and showing their latest products.
The Isle of Wight College provided some showcase
cooking from its stand, and the array of dishes prepared
by the students proved that there’s plenty of upcoming
cooking talent to look forward to.
Medina’s team , who were on hand to answer queries
and generally assist visitors, said afterwards that it was the
best show they have had to date and are now hoping for
an even bigger and better show next year.
