A walk through the woods
A
n exciting new Woodland Walk Explorer Kit is now
available at Quarr Abbey’s tea shop.
The kits, which can be borrowed by families
wanting to do the woodland walk, can be borrowed for a
fully refundable £10 deposit.
Included in the kits are trail cards which have fun activities
for the children to do as they walk, binoculars, a bug pot
for collecting bugs, a Rufus the red squirrel puppet (the
explorer kit mascot), and a Quarr Explorer badge that
walkers get to keep when they bring the kits back.
