entnor Mobility Centre is now
celebrating two years of trading from
it's premises at 25 Pier Street, Ventnor,
during which time it has built a fine
reputation for selling and buying anything to
do with mobility, with a free delivery service
Islandwide.
The Centre caters for all needs, providing all types
of mobility products from leading manufacturers
at greatly reduced prices.Their product range goes
from the smaller items such as walking sticks to
wheeled walkers, up to a wide selection of mobility
scooters and rise-recline chairs .
This year has also seen more stair lifts being
supplied for which a FREE same day home survey
is offered and remarkably they can supply and fit a
tailor-made curved lift within10 days of survey!
The showroom has a selection of rise-recline
chairs from the British manufacturer Sherborne
and come in various styles with four different sizes
and a five-year warranty. There is a huge selection
of fabrics or leather to choose from, and other
brands of chairs are available, with free Island
delivery.

ow there is the perfect solution to
finding that bit of extra space, whether
you need a guest bedroom, an office, a
teenager's hang out or just a peaceful
place away from it all with a good book and glass of
wine.
John Droupin has developed and produced Isle of
Wight Shepherd Huts, a novel way of giving you all
you need without the building hassle. The shepherd
huts are made from Hampshire sourced red cedar,
and all metal parts are hand crafted. The standard
size hut is 12ft long x 6ft 6in wide x 6ft 6in high, but
huts can be made to any required size.
And they are not as expensive as you may imagine
for such fine craftsmanship. A rolling chassis is
£3,400, and the complete standard self-build
package starts from £7,850.
A fully finished hut comes insulated, with double
glazed windows, three double sockets or as an extra
we can supply a complete solar power package. The
price starts at £12,000, with VAT.
All the shepherd huts are made on the Island, and
takes six weeks to build from start to finish. They
can be plumbed in; are semi-movable so they can be
wheeled around the garden.
No base is required, nor planning, and there is a
show model for potential customers to view. Wendy

moved to larger premises at 8 Daish
Way, Dodnor Industrial Estate,
Newport.
EDD, a family-run business, pride
themselves on offering customers a
complete in-house service, covering
everything from surveys to supplying
and fitting, associated building work,
hearths and tiling, and even lighting
the first fire if required!
The move to the new premises
has enabled EDD to display a
greater number of traditional and
contemporary stoves, including three
different Scandinavian brands as
well as Charnwood and Stovax. EDD
also stock a fine range of accessories,
including leather log boxes, log
baskets and even an eco-friendly log
carrier made from recycled tyres.
EDD Services are open from 10.0am
to 3.0pm weekdays and Saturdays
from 10am to 1pm, but will also
accommodate customers out of hours
