No Mystique at Brading
Rex Gully has always been proud of the fact
that Hose Rhodes Dickson Auction Rooms
have one of the best customer service
records. Although clients have sometimes
initially been a little shy about venturing
through the doors of the spacious saleroom
at Brading, once inside the reception and
valuation area they realise what a helpful,
and knowledgable, team awaits them. Rex
has picked his staff because of their customer
service skills.
The regular valuation mornings have proved
such a success for many reasons, including
the parking available alongside the building,
which is always appreciated when people
have heavy boxes full of their treasures. The
reception area is alongside the saleroom
and many clients were amazed when, a few
months ago, there was a stuffed elephant
looking down at them! Amongst the many
lots recently brought in for the internationally
advertised fine art auction to be held on April
25 are two very fashionable Goldscheider
wall masks (one pictured) which, after
extensive research, have been valued at £300
- £500 each.
Now spring is officially here, sort out
those boxes in the attic and bring them
along to Brading. There is no mystique,
